Brokers set their own password at /app using this code. Say it out loud in the meeting, then clear it when the room empties. The code only ever works on an account that has never had a password, so it can't be used against a broker who is already set up.

Sends the branded "Your Experience Matters" email to active clients (tagged client, with an email and an assigned broker). Each email carries that client's own broker and a Write-a-Review button. Already-emailed clients are skipped automatically. Send a test to yourself first.

★ Review coverage — every active client, sent or not, and why
The answer to "did this client get asked for a review, and if not, why not" without opening Resend. A client is only sendable when they have an email, an assigned broker, that broker is not paused, and nobody has asked them before. The first thing standing in the way is what shows here.
★ Review tracking — who got it, who clicked, who rated
Every review request that went out, whether the client opened the link, and the star they chose. Updates each time you open this.
👤 Broker logins — who's been in, who never has
Last sign-in and last activity per active broker, most recent first. Never means they have not logged in yet.
⇄ Lead routing — round robin
Pick which agents receive incoming website leads and each agent's share. Double and Triple get proportionally more leads, interleaved (a Double next to an Equal deals A B A A B A). Assigned leads land in that agent's contacts and calendar, the agent gets a new-lead email, and the lead gets a branded welcome introducing their broker. While this list is empty, GoHighLevel keeps assigning — adding agents here is the cutover switch.
